About Us
The Recovery Mission

Our Story
The Char Hope Foundation (CHF99) was built on a vision of redemption, rooted in faith, life skills, abstinence, and the unyielding strength of those in recovery. We believe the future of every person battling addiction depends on raising a generation that NEVER SURRENDERS to stigma or substance.

That vision burns brighter than ever. Prayers are rising from our Harford County farm, support is pouring in from recovery communities, thousands are rallying in CHF99 Recovery Chapters, volunteers are stepping up, and Sober Strength Sessions are filling hearts with hope across the nation. The fire of sobriety lit by CHF99 is unstoppable.

Now, the responsibility is ours. We honor CHF99’s legacy by pressing forward—never relenting, never compromising. This is not a time to merely sustain recovery. This is the time to fight harder, grow faster, educate harder, and unleash the true power of our grassroots movement to break addiction’s chains and society’s stigma.
We will make CHF99 proud. We will defend the promise of sober lives—lives of purpose, integrity, and abundance. With the Abstinence Pledge as our commitment and the principle of supporting one another as our guide, we will not stop until recovery is celebrated as strength and every stigma is shattered.
